University. He is a registered landscape architect. Mr. Coltrane is experienced in
landscape design, site master planning and land planning. His responsibilities
include taking projects from conceptual design through construction documents,
specifications and construction administration. Clients have cited his excellence
in offering new ideas as well as incorporating their needs and desires into the

| Mr. Fernandez recieved a BS from Texas A&M University in Landscape Architecture. He is a regestered landscape architect. In Mr. Fernandez's twenty year career, he has gained experience in the design and construction of projects in all aspects of Landscape Architecture. Experience includes Planning and Design along river and creek corridors, parks, planned unit developments and subdivisions, multi-family development, office, commercial and institutional projects. He is involved in all aspects of design development including design team management, site planning, and design of such elements as vehicular and pedestrian circulation and paving, handicapped accessibility, grading, drainage, xeriscape planting, irrigation, security and accent lighting, special water features and amenities, restrooms, and recreational facilities. He is also responsible for construction drawings & specifications, landscape maintenance guidelines, bid management and site construction observation. | ||

| Leticia recieved a BS inLandscape Architecture from Texas A&M University and a Master of Business in Finance from Saint Mary's University. She is a registered landscape architect and a licensed irrigator. In Ms. Zavala's twenty year career, her responsibilities have included all aspects of Landscape Architecture. These aspects include landscape design, irrigation design, hardscape development and detailing and landscape lighting. Project management experience includes: coordination with clients and consultants, fee and proposal development; management of client budget and program requirement; contract document development: landscape schematic design, design development, coordination and development of construction drawings, bidding negotiations, and construction administration. Professional landscape architectural experience includes many commercial and residential developments, industrial projects and governmental projects. | ||
