CFZ Group L.L.C is a consulting firm
specializing in landscape architecture,
irrigation design, urban and landplanning, and parks and recreation
planning. The firm's mission is to
incorporate the concerns of the Client,

Architecture to develop a state-of-the-art design. This encompasses a full understanding of
conditions, regulatory influences, community input and

| The firm was established as C.F. Zavala Group in 2002. It was incorporated as Coltraneo Fernandezo Zavala Group, LLC in
2005 and this brought 60+ years of combined experience to its clientele. CFZ provides Design and
technical services for a broad range of clients from private to governmental to community groups. Our
services are procured for the development of institutional campuses, office community buildings,
residential and mixed use master planning, greenways, water fronts and parks and recreational master
planning and implementation to residential design. |

| The design team's experience encompasses all aspects
of Landscape Architecture. These include hardscape development, vehicular and pedestrian circulation,
handicapped accessibility, grading and drainage issues, proper selection of plant material, lighting, water
features, and irrigation systems as well as site planning. With environmental issues at today's forefront,
C.F.Z Group's Landscape Architectural design focus incorporates the disciplines of ecological awareness
as well as artistic talent, and engineering knowledge into the development of each project while striving
