BLANCO ROAD RELOCAITON PROJECT, San, Antonio, TX.
Description: provided landscape planting and hardscape design.
The community was very involved in the direction to carry
enhancements and CFZ was provided this input as a point of
departure for developing concept plans for streetscape. Concept
plans included paving treatments, lighting, roundabout
treatment, potential for art in the landscape and identifying
opportunities for planting trees shrubs and groundcover.

GENERAL HDNELL, San Antonio, TX.
Description: provided landscape architectural conceptual
design for General Hudnell and will provide Landscape
architectural design drawings for the reach of General Hudnell
from Cupples Bridge to Billy Mitchell.

DECO DISTRICT LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS, San Antonio, TX.
Description: Developed the landscape planting plan, hardscape
plan and coordinated lighting for streetscape project at the
direction of the prime consultant. The plan consisted placement
of Date Palms, Florida Sabol Palms and various other native or
well adapted plant materials. The locations of these palms pose a
challenge and will be carefully selected to avoid utilities,
possible conflicts with site lines and limited right of ways. They
will be placed in planters that ranged from open and raised, in
islands between parking to cut outs that will be covered in pavers.

EDA STREETSCAPE, San Antonio, TX.
Description: The project consists of rehabilitating East Commerce
Street sidewalks within the Sunset Station (St. Paul Square) area
and extending sidewalks to the eastside of Downtown San
Antonio. Scope of work includes re-use of the Square's original
brick pavers, sidewalk widening, upgrading existing site
conditions to current handicap accessibility standards, and street
tree planting.

TEZEL ROAD LANDSCAPE IMPROVEMENTS, San Antonio, TX
Description: Developed the Landscape Planting Plans and
coordinated irrigation for this street project. Tezel Road from
Timber Path to Old Tezel was to be rerouted, thus requiring
demolition of the old road footprint. This area was the focus of the
landscape project and native drought tolerant plants were
utilized thru out. The intent of the plan was to use plant materials
that might have been indigenous to the area.

GENERAL HUDNELL DR. TO BILLY MITCHELL RD.
ROADWAY ENHANCEMENTS Kelly USA (Formerly Kelly
Air Force Base) This project is at Kelly USA formerly Kelly AFB,
San Antonio, Texas and is administered by the Greater Kelly
Development Authority. The project consists of the Landscape
Master Plan for General Hudnell from Highway 90 to its
terminus. The first phase of implementation is funded by the
client, TXDOT and the City of San Antonio for General Hudnell
from General Hudnell to Billy Mitchell. Funds provided can be
used for barrier and paving treatments; planting and irrigation,
lighting and bridge structure enhancement. Art enhancement is
a part of this project.

Kelly USA formerly Kelly AFB, San Antonio, Texas and is
administered by the Greater Kelly Development Authority. The
project consists of paving treatments; planting and irrigation,
lighting and bridge structure enhancement. Art enhancement is
a part of this project.

EAST ENTRY ROADWAY ENHANCEMENT
Kelly USA (Formerly Kelly Air Force Base). This project is at
Kelly USA formerly Kelly AFB, San Antonio, Texas and is
administered by the Greater Kelly Development Authority. The
project consists of the Landscape treatment for the east entry.
Funds provided can be used for paving treatments; planting and
irrigation, lighting and entry node treatment. Art enhancement
is a part of this project.
