LANDSCAPE COMMITTEE - LANDSCAPE GUIDELINES
DEVELOPMENT. Kelly USA (Formerly Kelly Air Force Base). This
project is at Kelly USA formerly Kelly AFB, San Antonio, Texas and
is administered by the Greater Kelly Development Authority. CFZ
is part of a team, consisting of landscape architects from various
project teams and are currently working on the landscape treatment
guidelines for the entire development. Art enhancement is a part of
this project.

GENERAL HUDNELL DR. TO BILLY MITCHELL RD.
ROADWAY ENHANCEMENTS. Kelly USA (Formerly Kelly Air
Force Base). This project is at Kelly USA formerly Kelly AFB, San
Antonio, Texas and is administered by the Greater Kelly
Development Authority. The project consists of the Landscape
Master Plan for General Hudnell from Highway 90 to its terminus.
The first phase of implementation is funded by the client, TXDOT
and the City of San Antonio for General Hudnell from General
Hudnell to Billy Mitchell. Funds provided can be used for barrier
and paving treatments; planting and irrigation, lighting and
bridge structure enhancement. Art enhancement is a part of this
project.

CUPPLES RD. BRIDGE ENHANCEMENTS..
Kelly USA (Formerly Kelly Air Force Base). This project is at Kelly
USA formerly Kelly AFB, San Antonio, Texas and is administered
by the Greater Kelly Development Authority. The project consists
of paving treatments; planting and irrigation, lighting and bridge
structure enhancement. Art enhancement is a part of this project.

EAST ENTRY ROADWAY ENHANCEMENT.
Kelly USA (Formerly Kelly Air Force Base). This project is at Kelly
USA formerly Kelly AFB, San Antonio, Texas and is administered
by the Greater Kelly Development Authority. The project consists
of the Landscape treatment for the east entry. Funds provided can
be used for paving treatments; planting and irrigation, lighting and
entry node treatment. Art enhancement is a part of this project.

BUILDING 900
Randolph Air Force Base. This project is located at Randolph AFB,
San Antonio, Texas. The project included the redevelopment of the
landscape planting and irrigation at Building 900. The landscape
planting was identified and approved by RAFB personnel. The
cost of the project was $106,000 and was completed in 2003.

TAJ MAHAL, BUILDING 100 and MAIN ENTRY
RE-DEVELOPMENT. Randolph Air Force Base. This project is
located at Randolph AFB, San Antonio, Texas. The project
included the removal and replacement of existing plant material at
the Taj Mahal, Building 100. Due to new security issues, new low
landscape shrubs and groundcovers were installed at the Taj Mahal
and the west side of the main entry. The irrigation was also
renovated to accommodate the changes. The cost the project is
approximately $127,225 and was completed early 2004.

ADMIRAL BOORDA CENTER
Children's Association for Maximum Potential (C.A.M.P.). The
project is located at Lackland AFB, San Antonio, Texas and was
developed for The Children's Association for Maximum Potential.
Landscape Architecture & Site Planning services were provided.
The project consisted of a multiple-use child care center of which
the primary function is to house and provide a permanent facility
for the Children's Association for maximum Potential (C.A.M.P.) The
Center will accommodate 48 children with special needs. The
scope of services was the development for the design of the
landscaping and outdoor play areas including play equipment.
Two separate fenced playground areas are provided for the
different age groups accommodated in the facility. In-ground
irrigation system and attractive low-water and low-maintenance
landscaping provided as well. The cost of construction for the
portion of work scope was $230,000. The project was complete in
1998. This project was completed with a prior firm.

FRANK TEJEDA ESTATES EAST/WEST
Lackland Air Force Base. The project is located at Lackland AFB,
San Antonio, Texas. This project consisted of the landscape design
of the 84 acres residential area of the Air Force Base. The
landscape design included the planting of over 450 trees and
accent trees, entry development and planting design for the leasing
office. The tree design included spatial and seasonal variety design
along a walking path and new berms. The project was completed
in 2001.
